Jody Erickson is an honors graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is the mother and homeschooling teacher of ten children.
Twenty years ago with the birth of her first son she began the hands-on approach to
learning—which she says is "hands down a great way to teach children".
Jody continues to teach from early childhood through high school. Her two eldest sons have recently graduated from home school and have gone on to receive academic scholarships from Benedictine College and Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Jody has given several talks and workshops on the benefits of hands-on learning. She lives in Ohio with her husband of twenty-two years.
